Booking and cancellation:
In the event of cancellation at short notice, early departure or reduction of the reservation period, we will of course try to re-let the room / flat.
If we are unable to do so, we take the liberty of charging 80% of the price. To avoid this unpleasant situation for both sides, we recommend a travel cancellation insurance.
We will be happy to send you a form on request. Please note the deadlines for taking out insurance: Insurance can be taken out directly when booking the trip, but no later than 30 days before the scheduled start of the trip.
When booking within 30 days before the start of the trip, insurance can only be taken out on the day of booking, at the latest on the following working day.
The prices are per room and day including our rich breakfast buffet as well as the currently legal VAT.
Children: up to 2 years in the parents’ room without charge. We are happy to provide a baby cot and high chair.
Extra bed: 45,00 EUR (incl. breakfast)
Dogs: 20,00 EUR (only with registration, without food)
