Arrival:
Our reception is manned till 8 pm. If you are unable to check by 8 pm, please kindly contact us in time.
Arrival & Departure:
The room will be ready for check in from 3pm. On the departure day check out is by 11 am.
Reservation & Cancellation
In case of a short notice cancellation or no show, as well as in case of curtailment, we try to re rent the room / apartment if possible. If we are unable to do so, the cancellation fee of 80 % applies. To avoid this, we recommend a cancellation insurance. We will be pleased to send you the form if requiered. (Kindly note the deadline regulations.)

Children up to 2 years are free of charge. Baby cots and high chairs are available on request.
